Last day to order by 5pm for ground shipping:

*East Coast should only choose this option, rush shipping isn't going to get it there any faster and will cost you more.

**Any orders placed after Friday, Dec. 20th will be processed when we reopen on the 27th.

We will be closed for the holidays on the following dates:
Christmas - Closed Dec. 23rd - 26th and will reopen on the 27th.
New Year's - Closing early on New Year's Eve at 6pm and OPEN New Year's Day!


Sizes vary by designer and brand. In our online descriptions we point out any particular sizing issues. Please contact us if you are unsure of your size or need further assistance; we're happy to help!

The female model is a 5'7" and a size small / 4 / 27 jean.
Male model is 5'11" and a medium / 31 waist / 32 inseam / 39 jacket.


Sales tax is charged based on the customer's shipping address, only to states where has a physical presence. Currently this includes: New York. No tax will be applied to all clothing and shoes under $110. 8.875% will be applied to all clothing and shoes that are $110 or more. 8.875% will be applied to all accessories, home goods, etc. Sales tax is not charged on gift certificate orders, however sales tax may be charged when the gift certificate is redeemed.


FORMS OF PAYMENT accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.


You can check the status of your order by signing into your account and then selecting the option to View Order. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.


You can send changes to Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.


Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.


All sale items sold online are subject to availability. With the increase in traffic at the store during the sale, items may sell out before they can be updated online. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.


Your card will be charged when you place a pre-order, and we will send notification when your order has arrived and is ready to ship. If you have any questions regarding the status of your pre-order or special requests, please make sure to e-mail Items purchased by pre-order are FINAL SALE and are shipped upon estimated delivery dates by the designer. Due to varying delivery dates, each item must be purchased separately to allow for immediate shipment upon the item's arrival.



How do gift certificates work?
You can add an electronic gift certificate to your cart from the gift card page. Once the gift certificate has been added to your cart, you can continue shopping or checkout. Upon placing your order, the electronic gift certificate(s) will be emailed to the recipients. The recipient will receive an email alerting them that they have received a gift certificate, and it will provide them with a gift card serial code.
Customers can use their gift code to purchase items from During the checkout process customers have the option of using a gift code for payment. In the event that the gift code’s value does not cover the total cost of the order, the customer will need to provide their credit card information to cover the remaining balance. In the event that the order total is less than the value of the gift code, the remaining gift code balance will be available for future purchases.

Gift certificates purchased online are also redeemable at our brick and mortar location.

I live in NYC, can I just pick up my order at one of your stores?
If you prefer this option, select "store pick-up" in the shipping options drop down menu. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up.

What if I have store credit and want to use that as payment?
