SIZING
Sizes vary by designer and brand. In our online descriptions we point out any particular sizing issues. Please contact us if you are unsure of your size or need further assistance; we're happy to help!

The female model is a 5'7" and a size small / 4 / 27 jean.
Male model is 5'11" and a medium / 31 waist / 32 inseam / 39 jacket.

 

SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged based on the customer's shipping address, and only to states where life-curated.com has a physical presence. Currently this includes: New York. No tax will be applied to all clothing and shoes under $110. 8.875% will be applied to all clothing and shoes that are $110 or more. 8.875% will be applied to all accessories, home goods, etc. Sales tax is not charged on gift certificate orders, however sales tax may be charged when the gift certificate is redeemed.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT
Life-curated.com accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

 

ORDER STATUS
You can check the status of your order by signing into your account and then selecting the option to View Order. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held.

 

CHANGES TO ORDER:
You can send changes to service@life-curated.com. Changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.

 

SOLD OUT ITEMS
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

 

SALE POLICY
All SALE items are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale items sold online are subject to availability. With the increase in traffic at the store during the sale and the fact that the online store shares the same inventory as the brick and morter store, items may sell out before they can be updated online. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

PRE-ORDERS
Your card will be charged when you place a pre-order, and we will send notification when your order has arrived and is ready to ship. If you have any questions regarding the status of your pre-order or special requests, please make sure to e-mail service@life-curated.com. Items purchased by pre-order are FINAL SALE and are shipped upon estimated delivery dates by the designer. Due to varying delivery dates, each item must be purchased separately to allow for immediate shipment upon the item's arrival.

 

GIFTBAR GIFT CARDS
If you have purchased a gift card through Giftbar.com, you can redeem them in store or online! 

For in-store redemption, print out the gift card email with the code and the sales associate will apply the amount to your total upon checkout.

For online redemption, there is a 24-hour waiting period before the code is validated. After that time has passed, place items in cart and proceed to checkout and enter the 8-digit code in the promotional code field at the bottom of the checkout screen. You must spend the whole amount at one time or the code will not work.

 

 FAQ

How do gift certificates work?
You can add an electronic gift certificate to your cart from the gift card page. Once the gift certificate has been added to your cart, you can continue shopping or checkout. Upon placing your order, the electronic gift certificate(s) will be emailed to the recipients. The recipient will receive an email alerting them that they have received a gift certificate, and it will provide them with a gift card serial code.
Customers can use their gift code to purchase items from shop.life-curated.com. During the checkout process customers have the option of using a gift code for payment. In the event that the gift code’s value does not cover the total cost of the order, the customer will need to provide their credit card information to cover the remaining balance. In the event that the order total is less than the value of the gift code, the remaining gift code balance will be available for future purchases.

Gift certificates purchased online are also redeemable at our brick and mortar location.

I live in NYC, can I just pick up my order at one of your stores?
If you prefer this option, select "store pick-up" in the shipping options drop down menu. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up.

What if I have store credit and want to use that as payment? 
Please call us at 347.689.9143 before placing your order and we can create a code for you to use or we can do a phone order.
