If you are not completely satisfied with your Life:Curated online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. All returns must be made within 14 days of shipping date and be accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number*.
After 14 days, all sales are FINAL. Special orders, pre-orders, sale merchandise, lingerie, swimwear and jewelry are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Please consider this while shopping on the site.
Merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, in original packaging, unwashed, and unaltered.
Any items returned without original packaging, i.e. shoeboxes, etc. will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postage labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return may result in a fee.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Life:Curated has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please refer to How Do I Return an Item for specific instructions. We will not accept CODs. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Unfortunately, Life:Curated is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size and/or style we would be happy to issue a refund for the initial purchase, but would request that you purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please see below for the correct return procedure.
*Items purchased between November 24, 2011 and December 25, 2011 will be eligible for return up to January 15, 2012.
How do I return an item?
All returns must be authorized by Life:Curated. We will not accept an unauthorized return. It will be sent back to customer at their expense.
Please send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with purchase order number, specific items requesting to be returned, and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt of an RA# from life-curated.com, please complete the merchandise return/exchange form (sent with original package) and enclose with your return/exchange.
All articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible and mark your RA# on the outside of the box.

Life:Curated will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Please keep track of the tracking number and make sure to require a signature upon delivery.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made.
We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
Store credits will be issued for gift returns or upon request.
Can I return/exchange my items to the Life:Curated retail store?
Yes! You can return or exchange any item you bought on the site to the brick and mortar store.
What about SALE merchandise?
All items on sale for 30% off or greater is final sale and therefore may not be returned. Merchandise marked down 40% or greater must be considered "as is". Although we try our hardest to keep all of our goods in perfect condition there may be small flaws, stains, sewing errors, missing tags, etc. At this time we cannot honor price adjustments.
What about pre-orders?
Items purchased by pre-order are FINAL SALE and are shipped upon estimated delivery dates by the designer. Due to varying delivery dates, each item must be purchased separately to allow for immediate shipment upon the item's arrival.
