We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Chrismas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas and New Year's Day. Orders received on these days will be processed the next business day.
Do you live in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC? You can skip the shipping fees and come pick up your order for FREE! Just select 'store pick-up' when checking out.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS GROUND for a flat rate of $12.00.
All domestic orders can be UPS OVERNIGHTED for a flat rate of $25.00.

Tri-state area - 1-2 business days
Midwest, South, Northeast - 2-3 business days
West Coast - 4-5 business days
Life-curated.com does not ship to multiple addresses per order, ship to PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders are processed Tuesdays through Fridays, excluding holidays. Orders received on Mondays, weekend days, holidays and after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

Life:Curated is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. For express service, orders must be submitted Tuesday-Friday by 11am EST. Two-day orders placed on Thursday after 11am through Friday 11am EST will arrive on Tuesday. Two-day delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am EST and over the weekend will arrive on Wednesday.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. Life:Curated holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.
International orders are shipped via USPS International or UPS.
We currently cannot process international orders through the webstore because of fluctuating shipping prices but we can still ship to you! Please email email@example.com with your full address, style name of item(s) you would like to purchase and size if applicable and we'll send you a shipping quote.
Shipping rates are subject to size and weight. We will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order to make sure that it is okay to proceed. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays.
USPS International takes approximately 5-10 business days from actual shipment date, but occasionally items can experience Customs delays of several weeks. Shipment progress can be tracked on usps.com with a USPS tracking number. Any refused packages will be charged the full cost of return shipment as billed by USPS and the fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that international orders are often subject to duties and taxes in addition to the price Life:Curated charges, and are billed by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Life:Curated cannot estimate or cover taxes or duties on international shipments. Any charges for taxes or duties are due to USPS at the time of delivery.
As a helpful tip, we have found customers are less likely to be charged duties and taxes on multiple smaller orders as opposed to one large order, but it varies by country.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Brooklyn, New York. Standard UPS ground service from Brooklyn to most Tri-State (New York/New Jersey/Connecticut) destinations usually takes about one day.
Life:Curated and UPS cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.
